Physical Activity and Health
Wake up early in the morning to get your 20-30 minutes out of the way and go on to enjoy a long and healthy life.

It turned out that the ones who engaged in daily physical activity, had fewer instances of inflammation in their body as compared to those who did not engage in physical activity.

Most people think that nutrition is a key factor in keeping healthy. However, they must realize that physical activity is an essential component as well. If you do not eat healthy and exercise it will be difficult to maintain your health and weight.

“For health and longevity, it is best to engage in 20-30 minutes of  physical activity every day”

To better understand why both a healthy diet and exercise are important in maintaining a suitable weight, it might be best to look at a study conducted by Hamer and colleagues. The study researched the connection between physical activity and the inflammatory process.

This study was a part of a larger study that lasted ten years. The study included 4,289 participants. The average age of the participants at the time the study was 49 years old. At several time points during the ten years, the participants were given questionnaires in which they were prompted to supply information on the nature, duration, and frequency of their physical activity. They were exposed to objective medical procedures which tested the amount of inflammation in their bodies.

“Daily physical activity is an important factor in the prevention of inflammatory processes during aging”

It turned out that the ones who engaged in daily physical activity, had fewer instances of inflammation in their body as compared to those who did not engage in physical activity. The conclusion is that there is a relation between physical activity and health. Also, daily physical activity is an important factor in the prevention of inflammatory processes during aging.

Physical activity is not always easy,  but it has many positive outcomes. Wake up early in the morning to get your 20-30 minutes out of the way and go on to enjoy a long and healthy life.
